How to Set Up a VPS

The next option is the datacenter region. Unless you have a specific reason to choose a certain region, I recommend just choosing the one that's closest to you.
The next option is the operating system. For this guide, I will be using Ubuntu 22.04, but you can choose any operating system that you want.
The final option is whether or not to add any additional features. I recommend adding the monitoring feature, as it will give you better insights into your server's resource usage.
Once you have chosen all of your options, click the "Create" button and your droplet will be created!
Now that your droplet is created, you will need to SSH into it to set it up. To do this, you will need to use a SSH client such as PuTTY (for Windows) or the Terminal (for macOS).
Once you have your SSH client open, enter the IP address of your droplet and click "Connect". You will then be prompted for your username and password. Enter the username "root" and your droplet's password.

After your packages are updated, you can install any additional software that you need. For example, to install Apache:

You can also install other popular software such as MySQL, PHP, and more. Just type "sudo apt-get install" followed by the package name.
